Privacy Policy
This explains what information I collect when you visit sakibquraishe.com or work with me, why I need it, and what you can ask me to do with it. In short: I collect very little, I never sell it, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.
Who I am
Sakib Quraishe, a local SEO specialist based in Chittagong, Bangladesh. I’m responsible for the information described here. You can reach me at sakibquraishe30@gmail.com.
What I collect
When you book a call: your name, email and any details you type into the Calendly booking form.
When you message me: whatever you send by email or WhatsApp, including your phone number on WhatsApp.
When we work together: business details, invoices, and access to the accounts you grant me, such as your Google Business Profile, Search Console or website.
When you join the referral program: your name, contact details and payout details.
When you browse the site: standard technical data your browser sends, like IP address, browser type and pages visited, recorded by my hosting provider for security and performance.
Why I use it
To reply to you, run the calls you book, deliver the work you’ve hired me for, send invoices, pay referral commissions, and keep the website secure. I don’t use your information for anything else, and I never sell or rent it.

Cookies
This site doesn’t use advertising cookies. The Calendly booking widget may set cookies needed for it to work. If I add analytics in the future, I’ll update this page first.
Client account access
I only request the access I need, at manager level rather than owner. Logins are stored in a password manager, never in plain text or chat. When our work ends, I remove my access and delete any stored credentials.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records and invoices are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually up to 6 years. Everything else is deleted when it’s no longer needed.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask me to show you the information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. If you’re in the UK or EU, you also have rights under GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Email me and I’ll respond within 30 days.
International transfers and security
I work from Bangladesh and the tools above run on servers around the world, so your data may be processed outside your country. I use reputable providers and keep access limited to what’s needed for the work.
Changes
If I change this policy, I’ll update the date at the top. For anything significant, I’ll tell active clients by email. The terms of working with me are on my Service Policy page.
