Service Policy
I’d rather you know exactly how I work before we start than discover it halfway through. This page covers payments, cancellations, ownership and what you can expect from me, whether you’re a business owner, an agency partner or a referrer.
General Terms
No ranking guarantees
I don’t guarantee #1 rankings, a set number of leads or revenue, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Results depend on your market, competitors, search engine updates and your starting point. What I do guarantee is a clear plan, the work we agreed on, and honest reporting every month.
Platforms I don’t control
Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and directory sites change their features and algorithms without notice. If a platform change affects results, I’ll explain what happened and adjust the plan, but I can’t be held responsible for the platform itself.
You own your accounts
Your Google Business Profile, website, Search Console, Analytics and directory listings always belong to you. I only ask for manager-level access, never ownership. When we stop working together, I remove my access and hand over everything.
Scope and extra work
Every plan lists exactly what’s included each month. Anything outside that, like a website redesign or extra locations, is quoted separately and only starts after you approve it in writing.
What I need from you
Access to the right accounts within 7 days of starting, timely approval of content, and a heads-up about business changes such as new services, a new address or a new phone number. Please don’t let another provider edit the same profile or site at the same time; it makes results impossible to measure.
How I work
No fake reviews, no private link networks and no fake addresses. I’m based in Chittagong, Bangladesh (GMT+6) and reply to messages within one business day. Email and WhatsApp are the best ways to reach me.
Ownership of the work
Once an invoice is paid, the content, pages and reports produced under it are yours to keep and use.
Confidentiality
Your logins, data and business details stay private. I may show anonymised results in case studies, with names, addresses and branded searches removed. If you’d rather I didn’t, just say so.
Liability
My total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid me in the three months before it arose. I’m not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business.
Disagreements
If something isn’t right, tell me first and we’ll try to sort it out in good faith within 14 days. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Changes to this policy
If I update these terms, I’ll change the date at the top and notify active clients and partners by email at least 14 days before the change applies to them.
Direct Client Terms
For businesses that hire me directly for local SEO, AI search optimization, e-commerce or national SEO.
Payment comes first
Work starts once payment clears. Monthly plans are billed in advance. One-off projects such as audits, Google Business Profile setups or website fixes need a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due on delivery.
Currency and payment methods
Invoices are in US dollars and can be paid by Payoneer, Wise or bank transfer. Any transfer or platform fees are paid by the sender, so the invoiced amount arrives in full.
Minimum term
Monthly SEO plans start with a three-month initial term, because local SEO needs time to show real movement. After that, plans continue month to month.
Late payments
If an invoice is more than 7 days overdue, work pauses until it’s paid. Work completed but not yet paid for stays with me until the balance is settled.
Cancelling
After the initial term, you can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice by email. Verbal or chat cancellations aren’t enough on their own; I need it in writing so there’s no confusion about dates.
Refunds
If you cancel within 48 hours of paying and before any work has started, you get a full refund. Once work begins, payments for the current month or project stage aren’t refundable, and refunds aren’t given based on rankings alone.
Projects that go quiet
If I can’t get the access, approvals or information I need for 30 days, the project is closed and the deposit isn’t refunded. I’ll always send at least two reminders before that happens.
Chargebacks
Opening a payment dispute for work that was delivered ends the agreement immediately. If you’re unhappy, please talk to me first. I’d much rather fix it.
When we finish
You get your reports, content and a list of every account and listing I worked on. I remove my access and leave everything clean for whoever comes next.
White Label Partner Terms
For agencies that resell my white label local SEO under their own brand.
Your brand, always
Reports, documents and files carry your branding, not mine, including file names and document properties. I never contact your clients unless you ask me to in writing.
Confidentiality and NDA
I’m happy to sign your NDA. Your client list, pricing, processes and logins stay private during our partnership and after it ends.
Non-solicitation
I won’t approach, pitch or accept direct work from any client you introduce, during our partnership and for 12 months after it ends. That holds even if the client contacts me first.
Who does the work
I lead the strategy on every account personally. Execution tasks are handled by my small in-house team under my supervision. Nothing is passed on to outside contractors without your approval.
Payment
Each client account is billed monthly in advance. If an invoice is more than 7 days overdue, work on that account pauses until it’s settled. A single pilot account is welcome before you commit to more.
Notice and handover
After the first 90 days, either of us can end an account with 30 days’ written notice. All client accounts stay owned by the client or by you, and I hand over everything within 10 business days of the end date.
What you promise your clients
You set your own prices and terms with your clients. Please don’t promise guaranteed rankings or results on my behalf; I can only stand behind what’s in our agreed scope.
Portfolio use
I may share fully anonymised results from white label work, with no client or agency names. If you’d prefer I don’t use any results from your accounts, tell me and I won’t.
When commission is earned
You earn 20% of each payment your referred client makes, for as long as they stay a client. Commission is earned once their payment has cleared in my account. This applies to direct clients and white label agency accounts alike.
Who gets credit
The first person to introduce a business gets the credit, as long as that business signs up within 90 days. Businesses already talking to me or already clients don’t count.
Self-referrals
You can’t earn commission on your own business or businesses you own. Current and past clients are welcome to refer other businesses and earn like anyone else.
Refunds and disputes
If a referred client’s payment is refunded or disputed, the commission on that payment is cancelled, or deducted from your next payout if it was already paid.
Payouts
Commissions are paid by the 10th of each month for the previous month’s cleared payments, by Payoneer, Wise or bank transfer. Balances under $50 roll over to the next month.
How to promote
Recommend me honestly. No spam, no bidding on my name in paid ads, and no promises of guaranteed rankings. If you share my details publicly, please mention that you earn a referral commission.
Taxes and status
Referrers are independent, not employees or agents. You’re responsible for any taxes on the commissions you receive.
If the program changes
If I ever change the program, clients you’ve already referred keep earning at the rate that applied when they signed up.
